Physical products

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection. Shipping costs follow Australian consumer guidance unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital products

Downloadable pause guides and templates are generally non-refundable once access is granted, unless required otherwise by applicable law. If files are faulty, we will replace or repair access promptly.

Processing time

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and verify the return, unless your bank adds delay.
